Welcome!


 My first blog post is only about.. mmm.. three weeks late.. But better late than never, right? The purpose of this blog is to share my day to day experiences as an intern at Thistle Hill Farm in Pomfret, Vermont. In the past three weeks I have not only helped in the long and tedious process of making Tarentaise cheese but I have also been milking cows, tending to the calves, even bottle feeding one and helping out with vaccinating piglets! I will be trying to be better about posting to share these experiences in more detail!
